Help!

I got my period two weeks ago and I got it again today. Last weekend my boyfriend and I had sex for the first time but he was only in for a minute when I told him to stop, so I don't think he came. But just to be on the safe side I took the morning after pill. Is it bad that I got it again today? I'm super scared
