Cervical abnormality!

Hi all.. ive just recently found out i have suspicious tissue on my cervix that needs to be burnt off. This is my first month trying for baby number 2. Am feeling very disheartened and anxious.. has anyone experienced this before and gone on to fall pregnant semi quickly/ have healthy pregnancy?? Please help
