Too soon?

Is that true?

There's this guy I've gone out with a couple of times and I think I may have given him head too soon... I went on vacation, he's been really busy and finally we met last night to talk because I told him I was upset with him, we went to get food and drinks, anyways he just told me he's been busy with his career choice and other work stuff, he's a musican and is sort of singed to a label and works too other jobs. Last night went really well except for the fact that he's going to Cali for 11 days and well see each other when he comes back. I read in a book that even oral sex can make a guy lose respect, so the next time I hang out with him, if he tries should I just tell him that "I don't go down on guys, usually. I only do when I'm in a committed relationship with them and I feel most comfortable" 

Any suggestions? Ideas? I'm freaking out here
