The pill

I get my pills delivered at home and the pharmacy messed up and my order is late, I was on the placebo pills so it wasn't a big deal, but now i was supposed to start a new pack yesterday and the pills still aren't in. I don't know what to do.. I've never missed a pill before and now I'm going to miss multiple ones until the shipment is in. Advice on what to do or should I just call my doctor?
