Should I take a pregnancy test?

Ok hello my name is Britney and I'm in debate with myself on should I prepare myself to take a pregnancy test.

I'm 26 no kids I recently started taking 28 day birth control pills to help my PCOS. My cycles were 43days normally. I also have been taking Rx Prenatals for 3 months. I took the bc for one month no miss same time. When my second pack was supposed to start i missed the first 2 pills and my bf n i had unprotected sex with ejaculation. I never started the pack. Then 7 days after, I started bleeding but it was very light n lasted 5 days, bout how long my normal cycle is. My lower back hurts and i felt sharp pains n some cramps in my lower abdomen during the time i bled. Should i take a test?
