Need advice ASAP!!!

Ok so history of irregular periods/cycles...history of ovarian cysts. Saturday 2/28 is the last pill of my active weeks and I'm not "due" til Thursday 3/5. However having horrible cramps, pelvic pain, headaches, nosebleeds, dizziness and spotting (very light brown for Wed/Thurs-only when wiping; then lightest palest pink Fri-when wiping; now brownish on a liner) hubby and I had sex on 2/14 (condom for the "act", maybe early rubbing) I am on BCP-microgestin fe 1/20 but I don't take it at the exact same hour/min every night...I haven't missed a pill in over a month and a half. Should I be worried and test? Or should I be fine?
