Is it impossible to lose weight after 2. Csections?

Is it impossible bc I do everything I can to get back down to 130 again n my last weight was 192... I feel like I'm failing my husband and son to lose weight... I told my husband I want to lose weight before next year.... wuts the best thing....  HELP!!!

I've only had 1 c section but I'm losing weight, I'm 22 lbs under my pre pregnancy weight so far. Watch your diet, try to eat healthy foods, keep a food diary or use an app like my fitness pal (which is great because you can track calories, you may find that you aren't eating enough or are eating too many calories and either of those can make it hard to lose weight). Drink lots of water and r excise at least 30 mins a day. I also do the beach body workout programs at home and love them.

It's never impossible, ppl focus too much on workouts and not enough on portion control and healthy eating, just cause a food is healthy doesn't mean you can eat unlimited amounts.
Also many ppl don't eat enough and their metabolism suffers

It's not impossible at all. You just need to do the right types of workouts. I have been doing at home workouts by Beachbody. They're 30 min and incorporate cardio with strength training. I lost 20 lbs with that and drinking shakeology (a superfood protein shake that has vitamins and probiotics). Lemme know if you want more info on what I have been doing :)

It's not impossible my friend had a c section and gained a lot of weight after a year she was still sensitive but was able to jog and diet. Once her body was able to she began working out with a trainer and she looks amazing after 2 kids and a job she lost the weight. We still with out together now
