Warning (pic) no af, all bfn, anyone else?

I'm not talking a few days or a week late. My last period was December 19. It was like any other. I'm on a 33 day cycle. Regular for the most part. I've skipped two so far. I've been to the er for left lower abdominal pain. They took urine (bfn) said I didn't have any infections , prescribed me naproxen and threw me out of there. I went back for lower back pain.... Same thing. The pain has switched sides now it's on the right and its a dull ache. Not extremely painful but noticeable. I feel weak when I stand up. And last week a day after spotting I passed these. I haven't had any spotting since. I can't seem to find what it could be on Google. The doctors are giving me the run around. I have no patience. Has anyone else experienced this or know anyone that has? Please save your negative comments because I don't play those games....
