Can you see a line? I am also having an issue please help! Advice needed.

New test tonight. Could you tell me what you can see? I see a faint positive as it is, but I'm having an issue. my Temps are still elevated at 99.1 degrees F. But I'm bleeding slightly. It's old blood as it is a dark brackish red and brown but it's got me worried. Wouldn't my Temps dip if I had started my period? Then I have these lines on this test to make me, worry more. Should I take this as a positive and go get checked out at the ER by bloodtest?
