Pcos question guys.

When I was younger my doctor told me he thought I had pcos they put me on BC and that was that. I had irregular periods but never the pain associated with cysts on your ovaries. And he never did any kind of test or anything. I lost about 50 lbs when I got out of hs and started having regular periods. Is this something worth mentioning to my doctor when I call about my faint positive hpt? And is this something that would cause a miscarriage??
