It doesn't feel real yet

I'm 10 weeks and it still doesn't feel real. I've had 3 ultrasounds, 2 sonograms, a few pictures and heard the heartbeat a few times too. I think I'm afraid to accept it as real while I wait for all of my NIPT testing to get done. Is/has anyone else gone through this. I feel terribly guilty that everyone around me is so excited for me and I just don't feel anything but nerves. Like I said it just doesn't feel real.
