I had a HSG test done and was told that my tubes are open and that he seen something that may have been a polyp so he advised me to call him when AF was suppose to arrive so that I could schedule my two surgeries but AF didn't show up. I started experiencing mild cramping yesterday and decided to test today because today made 5 days late and sure enough I got a BFP after almost 12 years of trying
