No yolk sac, but there is a heartbeat?

Ok so I recently found out I'm having twins. Baby A is measuring 4.3mm (gestational sac and yolk sac) with a 119bpm. Baby B is measuring 2.7mm (GESTATIONAL SAC ONLY) but with a 105bpm. I'm 5 weeks today. Someone reassure me. I'm starting to scare myself. Could they just have missed the yolk sac? My hcg is at 2109.

Try to relax and stay positive. 5 weeks is early for an ultrasound. Some people don't even get heartbeats at this stage. I'm not a doctor so I don't really know what's going on but if they seen a heartbeat I would think there is a baby. It was probably to small to see or maybe hidden? If you heard both heard both heartbeats then I'm sure everything  will be ok. Keep us updated!

When was the HCG drawn. How many weeks days were you if I could ask.

They didn't say anything was concerning them. They just said its early. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this
