Late period or miscarriage??

I haven't got my period since January 21-26. After my period was over I spotted for another five days and then in the last day of spotting which was Super Bowl Sunday I threw up. I thought it was because of the 4 angry orchard beer and smoking (not cigarettes). In February I didn't get my period but I spotted for a few days before my period was supposed to come on February 24th. I took a pregnancy test on February 22nd and it said negative. I never got my period in the month of February. Yesterday 3/8/15 me and my boyfriend had sex and I was really really wet. After we had went to the store and we were walking and then I felt something wet coming out . I thought it was just wetness but it was blood. I got back to the house and cleaned it all up and put a pad on. Usually when my period comes my breast are tender and bigger and I have a slight breakout. This time I didn't . I had lower back pain and some stomach pains . And even when having sex yesterday it was kind of hurting my stomach. I was supposed to have a doctors appointment on 3/11/15 i don't know if I should cancel or still go.. Am I over thinking? Please help
