TTC our first

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a few years. Unfortunately I have PCOS and a few other things that go along with that. I'm about to find myself without insurance. I was just wondering if anyone would have any ideas, thoughts, or tricks up their sleeves? There is nothing more that we want than to start a family.
