Not sure what to do.

2 weeks late, all tests I've taken are bfn. Have no pms symptoms, however no pregnancy symptoms. I wiped earlier and it was more brownish and now a little bit pinkish ( totally not my normal flow color or consistency) - no cramping at all and I feel fine. It's to late for implantation bleeding right? Possible miscarriage? At what point should I call dr.
