So I've been on the depo shot for two months now. This my second time I've experienced spotting and it's so annoying to me not just that  I have be wearing panty liners all the time. Also it's expensive to be buying them often. Anyways I was also wondering for anyone who has been on the shot and when they've experienced spotting do you restrain yourself from sex since it might be a bit uncomfortable for you or your partner? Or don't care and still have sex since it's not as heavy or messy as being on your period. I'm just annoyed and frustrated that I feel I can't have sex while spotting since I feel my partner might think it's gross or something. :/ any tips or advice?
