Extremely sore boobs ** please comment **

My period isnt due intill 2 more days but im having really sore boobs like they hurt really bad even too the touch sharp pains are going through them also i never get sore boobs soo please dont tell me its a pms because i know . Im also having slight abdominal pains they come and goo . I can possibly be pregnant my SO did finish inside me on my ovulation days but not on the highest peek day . i did take a pregancy test and it was faint postive . Am I pregnant ? Please share your symptoms and experiences with me plz thanks .
