Different methods of Birth Control while married?

I need help! I'm getting married in May and I had started doing birth control in November but then suddenly in Febuary I broke out in a TERRIBLE rash from my face all the way down to my chest. So I stopped taking birth control. I'm afraid to take it or any other form because I don't want to cause another reaction. So what are ways as in birth control other than pills or shots can you do?

My husband and I use Natural Family Planning. There's different ways you can keep track of your cycles, right now I'm using ovulation tests and this app but I'm interested in learning more about the Billings Ovulation Method. It's taught in the Catholic Marriage Prep classes we took but you can take classes online that aren't associated with religion (I think so but I'm not sure). I chose this type of birth control because I didn't want medications messing with my hormones, it teaches you how to learn to read your body and its changes, and it was also a religious choice as well. If you're interested in effective BC with no hormones, consider the Paraguard IUD.
10 year efficacy, one time insertion and you're good. 
There are some horror stories out there (just like with child birth), but you have to weigh your options and decide what's best for you. 
I've had my IUD for nearly a year, no complications and I'm completely satisfied.

If you had a bad reaction to a specific kind... talk to your doctor. They might be able to find out what ingredient caused the reaction and maybe find you a method that doesn't contain that ingredient.

What's wrong with using condoms?

Talk to your dr. I went through two types of BC before I was given a very mild brand, and I'm extremely sensitive to everything and this one ended up working out. It's all trial & error. Just make sure & tell your dr. all your side effects.

I've done the shot , nuvaring, condoms, spermicide. I've recently went back to FAM after being on the pill for a month.

IUDs, there is a patch, male and female condoms, sponges, implant, different kinds of pulls with different levels of hormones. There's a lot. I tried the pills and it made my period and cramps worse and my moods changed like crazy. I have to fake it when my fiancé would wear condoms cause they didn't feel good AT ALL. Not a fan of IUDS (too many horror stories from relatives and friends). I've heard good things about the implant. Not too much about the patch, I can't use them cause I get a rash from any kind of adhesive. The depo shot I'm on the fence about cause my relatives and friends who have had it have had a hard time conceiving. Personally I use withdrawal , 2 years and no scares but you put a ton of trust in your partner. My aunt and her husband have been together almost 20 years, the whole time they used withdrawal and didn't have a kid until 4 years ago so for them it worked for 16 years. I wouldn't tell anyone to try it unless they aren't actively trying but not preventing either. Basically it's best for couples who just want it to happen if it does lol

I have tried Seasonique and Nuva Ring both of those made me a hormonal bipolar mess.  I would not suggest those to ANYONE. My husband couldn't deal with them lol.  I'm currently taking Aviane right now and it has helped me both physically and mentally.  I had to change to it because I was having severe migraines and the hormones in this pill work.  I didn't want to get an IUD because if you were going to conceive in the next couple years it would be harder, and the horror stories of what my friends told me.

Well my hubby and I use the pull out method no one should encourage it but we have one son and he will be 3 this year and we have been together for a little over 4 years. And my husband says were not saying it works but practice makes perfect
