I am in my first trimester, and it's been great so far, no sickness, just hungry and tired all the time. However, I have arthritis in one knee, and the pain has been kicking in lately. I only take one dose of Tylenol when I can't take the pain, but usually deal with being that I work on my feet. Someone suggested Tiger balm, and I'm trying to figure out if I can use it. Is icing okay? I need some advice if you have any.
