I'm 17 & I feel as though the days of innocent dating has departed. It's even made me start to avoid relationships like a plague because I know that sex is a hurdle I have to finally reach. What are your thoughts?

"Innocent dating" has been gone a long time. Sex was the end goal even when my grandma was in the dating scene.

I think it is defiantly possible. And happens more often than you think! My two friends are getting married in September and both believe in waiting til marriage. I think it's great! There none of that pressure of how you are doing compared to everyone else that persons been with and all that stuff. If you don't want a relationship that revolves around sex than don't. The right person won't pressure you for sex and they'll wait for you. Heck you might even find someone who was waiting for someone like you
