Help, officially missed AF

I'm 22years old and have been ttc since October with baby #1.

So I have officially missed my entire period as of today. I have had some slight brown discharge and today had a small mucus looking blob. I took a test HPT when my AF was one day late and it was BPN, and now I'm 4 days late. Is there a possibility I could still be pregnant?
