Possible to still love kids' dad even if he has lied to me over and over and is addicted to painkillers

Iv been w my kids' father for four years now and just broke up w him two months ago bc I just don't love him anymore. He has been addicted to painkillers for three years now that I know of and is supposed to go to rehab in couple weeks after his post op appointment for his surgery he just got. He has also lied to me over and over again. He had also been emotionally abusive to me more during both of my pregnancies. I really just want to be happy by myself and my two boys. Should I give him another chance when he gets out of rehab? I honestly don't think I could ever trust him again or even love him.
