Opinions please?

I know this is long but I really need some advice and don't have anyone I can really talk to about it so please help. I had sex during my ovulation with a condom it was 2 weeks ago. AF was due the 30th but came Thursday so I thought. It was very light and mostly old blood and only lasted 2 and a half days. I'm always regular 5 days heavy the first day regular the rest. I've been worried about being pregnant because this has never happened before. I've also had light cramps which I never get except the first day and I've been very emotional which is really weird for me. Am I freaking myself out or do you think I'm pregnant?
