Go for a walk,  bounce on the exercise ball, clean the house, anything that gets him moving downwards. Semen has the same hormone in it that they use in the gel to induce you and nipple stimulation is suppose to be very effective. Also have a look at acupressure points (Google them). Otherwise spicy food, licorice, raspberry leaf tea.
Good luck. I was induced at 38 weeks (waters broke) and have a healthy baby. Unless he's ready to come, labour won't start naturally so there is no harm in trying!
