Motorcycle?

Question

My husband has a Harley, and I used to ride with him all the time. Now that I've became pregnant I've been unsure. I'll be 12 weeks tomorrow. Do you think its okay to still ride? What do you think?

I trust the guys in our bike club with my life. But being pregnant I could never get on the back. People do not pay attention to bikes on the road.

I am 26 weeks pregnant and have continued riding with my husband. Even as recently as today. I think it depends on you and how your pregnancy is going. 
I personally have been blessed to have had an easy, low-risk pregnancy, no morning sickness, balance issues, very little physical discomfort. So I felt that I would not be harming our baby boy. 
I made sure I read up on the risks beforehand and choose that the risks were not anymore than riding in a car or truck. Statistically people are more likely to get into a car accident than a motorcycle accident. As for vibration, the baby encounters just as much vibration from our walking/exercising as they would on a bike. 
The only thing I do worry about are excessive  bumps or potholes in the road. And that's just a comfort issue for me.

No! Absolutely not you never no what can happen and your babies safety goes above everything!

Nope nope nope. And I'm not just saying that because I'm scared of them in the first place lol but during pregnancy your balance is off, people don't pay attention on the roads, and just overall not worth taking an avoidable risk.

I say do it if you choose to. I was very careful my last pregnancy, watched what I did, what I ate, etc...still lost my baby at 19 weeks. You cannot live ur life scared of the what ifs. I ride mine. I also told my Dr and he didn't forbid it. Yes a motorcycle wreck is more dangerous but you could easily get into a car accident and lose your baby as well. Only you know ur body and what feels right as well!

No. Don't ride on a motorcCle while pregnancy! It's MUCH to risky!!! Not only because of the other motorcycles or cars on the road BUT if you take a ride the vibrations of the motor aren't healthy and could cause a miscarriage...

I did here and there but not long trips. Just to and from town and little trips on our farm roads.

My husband and I love to ride together but I can not bring my self to think about going on while pregnant. I mean we take week long bike trips all over the us. Unfortunately though almost 3 years ago we were in an accident which was not his fault was unavoidable and we were thankfully very lucky. Months of rehab to get back to normal.  We still got back on after the accident bc we do truly enjoy our time together exploring. But being pregnant no way. I also work in Health care and know the dangers I m taking I am willing to do it when I'm not pregnant but being pregnant you are higher risk if God forbid you get hurt. I will not even begin to think what could happen to the baby.

My SO has 3 Harley's and its a lot of fun going on bike runs and such but I chose not to, and I think your doctor would agree. It's unnecessary risk for the baby.
