Twirling baby

I'm going to be 18 weeks on Friday, and have just started feeling baby move. Today I was laying down and paying attention, and it felt like he was spinning... The same pressure, the same width, same movement, again and again. My concern is the umbilical cord. Is this something worth worrying about? My midwife is an hour away, so it's difficult to make a quick appointment :/
