My cycle is confusing me!!!

I was due for my period on the 23rd, still haven't got it. My cycle is usually what glow predicts, sometimes it comes a day early or late.

Today I thought that I got my period. I've been having faint cramps, slight breast tenderness, and fatigue for the last couple days, which sometimes comes before my periods.

I went to the bathroom because I got a terrible cramp and backache. (TMI) I peed and two or three drops of light blood came out. I assumed it was my period and put in a tampon. About four hours later I went to change it and the tampon was only like 1/3 full. No clots and the blood was more of a light brown red color. It's usually dark red with clots on the first day of my period and a little heavy so I was confused.

I had on and off cramping all day until now. I've have no more bleeding since I took out the tampon which was about three hours ago.

I thought it might have been implantation bleeding, but I took a hpt two days ago and it was negative.
