Missouri Moms

Are there any Missouri moms here? I just got my big fat positive...or rather, four of them. Yay! So I've thought that I would get a midwife for a long time now. However, my husband and I are currently living with my parents and I just don't think I'll have enough privacy giving birth in their home. Does anyone know of OPEN birthing centers with midwives in mid-Missouri - Columbia, Jefferson City, Lake of the Ozarks area? I've googled and all I can find are birthing centers that were open previously and have since closed. It seems Missouri is not the friendliest place for birthing centers staffed by midwives. :/ Help a sista out.
