Why me??

I have PCOS and have been taking clomid the last 4 months now and finally started ovulating on it..my levels reached up to a 34 last month..I had my doctors appointment today and it turns out this month was not good..they dropped down to a .9..for some odd reason my medicine stopped working..now I have to go see a specialist..I'm so bummed!!! Oh and to top it all off my oh so supportive husband thinks we are wasting money...what should I do??
