Help!

Currently 7dpo (I think). Just had the weirdest dizzy spell accompanied by strong nausea (my stomach literally turned). I also had bloody mucous in my nose.. And cramping (but no blood). I feel like AF is about to show but I'm not due for 6 more days (cramping, tender boobs, fatigue).. Could this be implantation? I'm super excited as this cycle has felt different from the start.. I'm waiting to test because I don't want to be let down (and I know it's too early). Just wanted to know what you guys thought..
