What position do you sleep in most?

I've read warnings about sleeping on your back while pregnant, so I try not to - but keep waking up on my back! It seems to be the only position I can actually sleep in. So frustrating. Just wondered what position other mamas are using most.

Yes I also fall asleep on my left side and wake up on my back. But I just roll back over or I elevate my upper body with more pillows if my back is the only comfy position I can find.

Don't worry too much,  they recommend sleeping on your side but  I find myself waking up on my back even now at 34 weeks. If you wake up on your back just flip over

I just listen to my body. My doctor told me it's fine if you find yourself waking up laying on your back. Your body will move if it needed to. I still lay on my back now with a low body pillow slightly propping me up.

I roll between left and right side. Sometimes  I have to lay on my back for a while because I  get hip pain. I also have a little wedge pillow for under my stomach which has been great. I'm  24+4.

I've been having rib pain that's kept me sleeping on my back. After my mom looked at me like I was crazy for being worried about it (she slept on her back with both my sister and I) I did some research. It seems like sleeping on your back isn't a big deal for most people. If you're one of the unlucky few who get dizzy when lying on your back for a few minutes then it's a sign that your one of you main arteries is getting compressed. Otherwise it sounds like it's not a big deal...

Pillow fortress! I'm a back sleeper and doc said this is okay. I put a pillow behind me when I start out laying on my side because I roll over eventually.  The pillow prevents me from laying completely flat. If you can feel your baby moving everyday you're fine. :)

I can't breath if I'm on my back n too big for my belly. Always on my sides
