Hubby and I have only been trying 3 cycles

Hubby and I have only been trying 3 cycles. I have PCOS so it's hard for me to become pregnant. I have a 8 year old and 4 month old. I know how hard it's been for my 8 year old being the only child. So we decided we would start trying immediately again so that our baby would have a sibling close to her age. BO I took cassava,conceive easy,EPO, soy and folic acid. Had ovulation bleeding which I had never had before. Did Bd 3 nights leading up to Ovulation. By 6 dpo I had tender bbs, cramping, and began getting nauseous. 8 dpo bbt chart showed triphasic temps. Took hcg test from 8 dpo to now 11 dpo. all were negative until tonight when I took a 2nd test. This test showed a very faint line. I plan on retesting in a couple days to confirm but the faint line showed up very soon after taking the test so I'm pretty positive it was a bfp.
