Am I pregnant?

My last period was on the 26th march and finished on the 30st I had unprotected sex on the 1st April and on the 5th, 6th and 7th the first day of ovulation was on the 7th, I've been having mild cramping, noticed some spotting on the 9th, I'm a smoker and I haven't felt like smoking for the last 3 days, been feeling really sick (no vomiting) Nipples very sore, I've also been getting breast milk for over 4 months now (doctors don't know what's causing it) My periods not due until the 26th April, what do I do?
