4 weeks pregnant....help!

I just found out Im pregnant. About 4 weeks along. I already had the blood test and my numbers looks great. Im scheduled for an early ultrasound next week. However, my concern is I've been having brown spotting/mucus type discharge for the past 3 days and its got me freaking out. My first pregnancy I didnt have this and my second pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. My husband and I have had sex in several days so I know that's not it. Anyone else have this and everything turn out ok?
