BV (bacterial vaginosis)

I'm taking these antibiotics for a bacteria infection and every time I take one it tastes funny and makes me a little nauseous. The only weird thing I'm wondering about is the pills make me burp after I take one! 
For anyone who is taking antibiotics for bacterial infections do the pills make you burp?
