Pelvic pain

I'm 25 weeks pregnant and for a week now have been experiencing a general ache and tenderness in my pelvic area. I don't have any other symptoms no bleeding or contrActions. Anyone else experience this or know what it is? Almost similar feelin to when you're about to get your period minus the cramps. Tia
