No signs of showing..

I'm 11 weeks and I'm seeing ladies who are 12 weeks with baby bumps... Most say they've gained 5-7 lbs... I'm 11 weeks and maybe gained a pound. Maybe. I went to the OB about a week and a half ago and I hadn't gained any weight. Anyway is this normal?
