Anal bleeding

Sorry if this is tmi just kinda freaking out. So I pooped this morning and there was some blood. This is normal sometimes if I eat sharp foods (ie popcorn) or if I get constipated. I wipe and there's blood and then that's it. But I just went pee and looked in the toilet and there was bright red blood. Definitely not coming from my vagina because I wipe and nothing and then wipe my butt and there's blood. I don't feel like I have a hemorrhoid because honestly I didn't push that hard this morning... I am 14 wks I saw that bloody noses are common. Could it be a similar situation with the blood vessels down there too??
