What does this mean?

I'm currently 10w5d. When I went to my 1st ultrasound at 9w4d , the Dr said it was measuring 5 days behind.But she said the heartbeat was 179. My due date is November 14th.... I'm a little worried since I had 2 m/c 6 years ago. I'm hoping everything is ok.

My doctor said I was measuring 6 days ahead. He said that they have an 8 day window for ahead or behind so as long as you are within 8 days of the due date you are fine.

Thanks........I'm trying my best to be positive and hopeful. This is the first pregnancy where we were able to see the baby and the heartbeat. And I feel really good with this one. My next appointment is May 13th...crossing my fingers...
