The Little Girl

Okay so on my out of a place I do charity work at a group home and there was a little girl in the back room I remembered her she was always so quiet and sweet, she had no where else to go her mother dropped her off there they just haven't found a suitable foster home for her yet. She said she didn't wanna be there anymore she wouldn't tell me why she was so frightened for some reason so I checked her out and brought her home. The next morning I wake up she's asleep in the closet and her shirt was stained apparently she threw up on herself so I washed her night clothes and the clothes she wore last night well I noticed she had blood Staines on her undies from last night and the ones she wore to bed well she couldn't of been on her period because she's 4, I took her to the hospital and to my suprise the sweet quiet little girl that I knew was being assaulted at the place I volunteered at. It made me sick and she won't tell who did it to her, I just want her say something. I don't know what to do but we're starting with counseling first, I might not know exactly what I'm doing but all I know is that I want this little girl more than anything, I just want her to be safe but my hubby is telling me I have to think we're having twins are we gonna be financially ready, but I just wanna help her, what do I do?
