Pill Making it Hard to Get Aroused?

Okay.. So I've been on birth control for almost 3 years and have been sexually active for about 7 months. We use condoms each time also with no slip ups. Every time we do foreplay or he just try's to arouse me, it is so difficult to become wet, and it's even harder to even become aroused.. It's not that he doesn't do a good job, but there is never any possible way of having pleasurable sex without spit or lube because I can't get wet... I also have no sex drive at all... Ever. In my mind I want to have sex but my lady bits just aren't feeling like they need anything, if ya know what I'm saying. Do you think my birth control pill could be doing this to me?
