PUPPP? Cholestasis?

I'm 36 weeks pregnant with #1, and I noticed these small lesions/bumps on my fingers two days ago.  They are mildly uncomfortable/painful and itch (actually, I kind of itch all over, but it's most pronounced on my hands and feet).  Is this PUPPP??  I'm also at increased risk for cholestasis (my mom had it), and I'm wondering if that's causing the itching, but the lesions don't seem to be consistent with ICP, from what I've found online. Have any mamas dealt with this before??  I'm seeing doc tomorrow but any advice in the meantime would be appreciated.  Thanks!
