What's wrong?

I get irritated when I pee like stinking. An I have bumps down there and I have yellowish white creamy discharge. I had a pap smear everything came back negative.  I don't know what's wrong I thought it was a yeast infection.  After they gave it to couple of days later I saw blood in my pee an it burned and the ichying.
