What should we get for our daughter? Crib or bassinet ?

I'm trying to decide if I should purchase a bassinet, crib or pack n play for our daughter ? I want her to be comfortable, but also want to get the best bang for my buck!

Get a crib and a Moses basket. Moses basket you can take from room to room and have the baby near your bed for the first month or take to friends to house. I used mine for 6 months and then started using th crib. 
I got a crib off of craigslist for 140$ that's usually 450$. 
Used cribs are usually in great shape.

I got all 3. Pack n play is great for travel and visits and going outside. Bassinet is good for the 1st 3months so the baby's close to you at night and a crib is just good for when they are able to roll and move. I got a bassinet from Walmart for $40 a pack n play from Walmart for under $80 and a crib with changer from Kmart for under $200 and came with a mattress. I thnk they are all important.

If you have to choose one and you LO will not be sleeping with you then I would say crib. They will use it every night.
I used a bassinet by my bed until my LO was too big for it and then he just slept between us till the day he turned one. 
If you plan on doing something like that I would say get the bassinet and get a crib later. 
Pack n plays are awesome though and can be used really anywhere. Super easy to pack up and take on trips. And also a good place for them to play safely next to you while you work, etc. and you don't want them crawling out of sight :) 
My LO only ever sleeps in one if we are out of town or if he's taking a nap at his Grammy's.
It's just what fits your lifestyle best! Everyone is different.

Space wise for me I plan on only getting a bassinet that's light enough to move. Baby won't be in a crib till close to 5 months just like my son was.

We got a pack n' play that has a bassinet attachment and a changing attachment. Can move the bassinet part around with you easily, and as the baby grows you just keep taking off attachments.

I have a bassinet and a crib already and I plan on getting a pack and play also. I figured you can't have too many choices ☺️

I had both but the crib was a gift so I didn't spend any money on it. I loved having the bassinet I loved that my baby was right beside me. But eventually they do outgrow it. My baby was fine in the bassinet but hated the crib. I also had a pack n play but I never used it he didn't like it either.

My sister in law said she used the play and pack WAY more than she thought they have all 3 but I would go with crib and play n pack

We are going to skip the bassinet. We have a crib & are planning on a pack n play in case we want her in our room (I hear feeding is easier when you are half asleep & baby is close by) or to use when traveling.

No idea what baby b will like to sleep in, but starting with these.
