Airport security while pregnant

For those who've flown during pregnancy, did you go through the full body scanner or opt out for an individual screen. Last time I flew while pregnant, I opted for an individual screen but the personal patting me down said I probably ended up getting more radiation while waiting for her by the luggage x-ray machine than I would have if I just went through the full body scanner! I'm unsure about what to do this time.
