IVF and new job

I have just started IVF after over a year TTC and DH has low motility and low count.

I've wanted to change job badly but I've put on hold my professional career for over a year as having a baby is my priority.

Last week I have been contacted for the job of my dreams and went for the interview.... it went very well.

But I am very confused.

What should I do if I am offered this job? Should I take it or not?

Will I be able to handle IVF in a new job? As in my current job I have more flexibility as I have been working there for many years...

What if I become pregnant in the first months?

It is a terrible decision to make...
