Someone plz answer me !!!!!

So I didn't have a period in march..... And haven't had any cramps or anything as if AF wants to visit. Just lightheaded and really tired. Fiancée and I baby danced this morning and I thought I has started because I felt super wet 👇i checked and nothing I cleaned myself and notice a tinge of this color.... Don't know what it could be. Does it look like blood?? I kinda feel bloaded and if she wants to come but nothing. I have a 3 yr old son and miscarried in June really wanting another bby... Can someone input please thank you....
