What are the chances of getting pregnant when I'm 3% at risk?

My boyfriend and I had sex 2 days after my menstrual period. glow says i'm at 3% risk that time. I'm worried because he cum inside me. How much is the percentage of me getting pregnant? I'm just starting with my work, I don't want to get pregnant. What are the signs? It's been a week. Help please?
