How did you finally get pregnant?

How did you finally get pregnant? This is my 7th month ttc. Last month as my first time using opks and still wound up with a bfn... Would love some advice!

We were TTC #2 for a year a half, I honestly was obsessed and did everything from temping, cm checks, supplements, etc. Eventually I gave up because of me being depressed every month when AF would arrive on time. I thought it was was never going to happen and I stopped charting and timing sex and ovulation. That's the very month I got my BFP, I was shocked as we only had sex twice that month. I'm now 34 weeks. I think sometimes the stress of wanting it so bad prevents it from happening. That's just my story, wishing you all the best and I hope you get that BFP soon.

We had been trying for almost 2 yrs .. I was told I needed fertility help and that they thought my tubes were blocked and that I may also have a split uterus. So after a round of clomid that didn't work my dr wanted to do a dye test. Said that I wouldn't be able to get pregnant this month(april) because I wouldn't be able to try the clomid again til the next month. We had kind of given up hope and said ok because we were moving anyway. Took my Provera got my cycle which was lighter then the first time and shorter... did my dye test all looked good so my dr said to go ahead and start provera again. To force another cycle so I could start my clomid. We'll I finished my Provera but didn't get my period. I figured maybe it was the stress of moving and figured I would give it a few more days well that ended up turning into a week and a half because we got caught up in cleaning and setting up our house as well as some replacing of floors. I began to realize if I didn't eat and drink every hour I got a bit nauseous so one night I asked my husband to just get some tests for me to take in the am because I thought maybe but then again I was told by my dr that April would NOT be a possibility to get pregnant. Took the test in the am and sure enough there was a faint line! Took another two days later and it was darker. Went in that next day and got blood work to confirm lol. I guess what they say is true... when you give up trying and give up hope that's when it happens.

I tried opk's for a few months. What worked this month (my 7th month) was using preseed. GL!

Honestly we only BD on night before ovulation. I went right to sleep, no bathroom. 
Also, this may be TMI but if you orgasm after it's said and done, it helps the cervix grab some of the swimmers.

I quit thinking about it. We were gonna take a few months off because of the stress. Now we're 7+ weeks :)

As hard as it is, I think not thinking about it so much helps.  I was told last fall that I had a 5-10% chance of getting pregnant so went through some fertility treatments for 2 cycles -- which caused ovarian cysts (preventing ovulation) -- for 2 more cycles.  Literally the first month after the cysts were gone and we weren't even thinking about it I got pregnant.  I thought my period was late because I had another cyst!  It was such a nice break from ovulation monitoring, supplements, ovarian ultrasounds and the overall feeling of failure every month.  And then it happened when I thought it was a lost cause.  Relax, breathe, and just let your body do what it is supposed to.  If it doesn't happen in the next 6 months go get some help.  But otherwise don't worry so much!

We were trying for 6 months total, the month we actually got pregnant I took 1 OPK which was CLOSE to positive but not positive... that night we BDed with just a tiny bit of pre-seed... it was the only night that we had sex that month.
I think we got out BFP because we weren't trying as hard as we normally did (OPKs and BBT daily, 2g of pre-seed each time, pressure to have sex everyday of the fertile week.. ect.)

Not sure "what worked" we were trying for 4 cycles the same things. I was temping, taking evening primrose oil, using preseed and just having a lot of sex when I knew I was getting ready to ovulate. The month we actually concieved I though for sure we missed the window because I ovulated later and we didn't have sex the day before or day of. Good luck!

The first month we tried using preseed, I got pregnant. It was only the 2nd month trying but I heard all sorts of success stories so I just figured why not...it worked and we are due in August.
